Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in Spain is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to support sales targets and manage customer orders. You will handle quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and maintain data and reports for planning. Collaboration with Account Management, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service is key to success.

Formación

• Completed commercial training, university degree, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution or another technical B2B environment.
• Fluent Spanish and good English; experience with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
