Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Access Associate Director to lead development and execution of market access strategies for the IVL portfolio across EMEA. You will coordinate with regional teams to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring timely HTA submissions and HEOR activities.

The role requires 8–10 years in market access/HEOR, strong strategic and cross‑functional leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages desirable depending on key International markets.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen: identify opportunities, build business cases, influence decisions through financially grounded recommendations
• Knowledge of payer and reimbursement systems and reimbursement compliance
• Knowledge of policy development and implementation processes
• Knowledge of health economics & outcomes research
• Knowledge of stakeholder management and successful engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines
• Experience with HEOR tools and real-world evidence beneficial
• Understanding of global business strategy objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA, aligned with global objectives.
• Partner with regional and country teams to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models; lead analyses and forecasting.
• Drive business development across EMEA by identifying new market entry opportunities and translating access insights into expansion plans.
• Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, and HEOR/RWE activities across priority markets.
• Develop, adapt and deploy market access tools to meet market needs and monitor reimbursement trends.
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers, providers, and patient groups across the International region; provide matrix leadership to cross‑functional teams.
• Provide insights on health policy developments and their impact on commercial objectives and investments.
• Support LATAM, Emerging Markets and Middle East with regional assessments and cross‑regional initiatives.
• Support business development with local partners, including diligence, value propositions, and contract negotiations.
• Lead high‑impact value conversations with decision makers and external engagements to progress access objectives.
• Identify barriers to patient access and propose strategies to resolve them.
• Adapt strategies when policy changes create new barriers or opportunities.
