Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Madrid is seeking an Executive Market Access Director to lead the EMEA strategy for IVL portfolio access, pricing, and reimbursement. You will align regional initiatives with global objectives and collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to secure optimal market conditions.

The role demands 8–10 years in market access/HEOR, strong leadership, and expertise in HTA submissions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

8-10 years’ experience in market access / reimbursement / HEOR (medical devices sector and cardiovascular experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading reimbursement and/or HTA submissions across multiple countries/markets
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align stakeholders around access priorities
Experience supporting KOLs and senior commercial leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital administration engagements

Responsabilités

Lead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA, aligned with company objectives.
Partner with regional/country leadership to shape pricing and reimbursement models.
Drive business development by identifying market entry and growth opportunities for IVL.
Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, and RWE activities across priority markets.
