CSL Vifor is seeking a Director, Market Access – Inline Haematology to shape and execute market access strategies across international markets. You will maximize asset value by securing pricing, reimbursement, and patient access, while leading cross-functional teams in a complex payer environment.

The role requires broad experience in health economics, pricing strategy, and HTA submissions, with strong collaboration across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and country teams.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of market access experience across international markets.
• Proven track record in pricing, reimbursement and patient access.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement market access strategies for inline haematology.
• Lead submissions and negotiations with authorities on pricing and reimbursement.
• Build payer value propositions and health economic models.
• Guide country teams through market access processes and interactions with authorities.
• Support lifecycle evidence generation and pricing strategy optimization.
