Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the day-to-day security operations and safeguard guests, residents, employees, and property. The role includes risk and loss management and driving workplace safety across the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have two years of supervisory security experience, a TIP Director of Security designation, and flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Two years experience in public or private security in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• A TIP Director of Security is required.
• First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator Certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the shift safety & security operations and maintain patrol patterns.
• Check life safety equipment and ensure expiry dates are respected.
• Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety officers.
• Conduct random bag inspections of associates.
• Maintain perimeter patrols at entry/exit points.
• Greet guests and assist with deliveries to enhance guest security and service.
• Resolve guest complaints with a focus on goodwill and satisfaction.
• Take action to correct hazardous situations and notify supervisors.

The Role of Security Supervisor:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in Work place safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.

• Supervise the shift safety & security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates
• Responsible for checking all fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as hand held chemical extinguishers etc)
• Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & security officers as they record them during their patrols.
• Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority
• Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering or are present for other reasons.
• Regularly attend to the common area where guests present and make guests feel delighted and secured. For examples, greeting guests at the club lounge, holding doors at the entrance, assisting with deliveries when necessary
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Security Supervisor candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and good problem-solving ability. Applicants are required to have two years experience of public or private security in a supervisory/managerial capacity. A T.I.P Director of Security is required. Applicants also are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator Certification is also preferred. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
