Arabella Hospitality España is seeking an Area Marketing Director based in Mallorca to lead the marketing strategy across its hotel portfolio. You will work with General Managers, Sales and Revenue Management to drive demand and ensure brand consistency across channels and initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams across international brands within a family-owned hospitality group.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing roles with progressive responsibility.
• Leadership experience in hotels, hospitality or luxury segment.
• Experience with Marriott International or similar international hotel company.
• Experience managing Marketing across multiple properties, brands or business units.
• Strong background in digital marketing, communications, PR, content and brand management.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Experience managing Marketing budgets and ROI evaluation.
• Experience with multiple brands in an international hotel environment is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the annual Marketing strategy for Arabella Hospitality España and its properties.
• Develop property marketing plans aligned with strategic and revenue objectives.
• Lead Marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Position the different properties with clear identity for target markets.
• Coordinate Marriott International brand standards and initiatives across properties.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to identify opportunities.
• Drive the digital marketing strategy (sites, paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM).
• Oversee content and Social Media strategy for each property and audience.
• Lead communications and PR strategy, coordinating agencies and media relations.
• Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen brand awareness.
• Oversee campaigns, content production, photography and video materials.
• Analyze market trends and performance to inform decisions.
