Iberostar Group is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the Commercial & Marketing EMEA team in Palma de Mallorca. You will plan, execute and optimize marketing actions to drive demand and meet commercial objectives across key source markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, Economics or similar.
• Valuable Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or strategic account management.
• Knowledge of EMEA source markets and current affairs.

Responsabilidades

• Development of marketing plans for source markets and alignment with commercial strategies.
• Planning and implementation of co-marketing campaigns with strategic accounts.
• Media planning and budget allocation for Trade and B2C actions to optimize ROI.
• Analyze internal and external market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Ensure brand cohesion across all creative assets and messaging.
• Coordinate with Brand Design for creative briefs and timely asset delivery.
• Provide campaign reporting and insights for continuous optimization.
