Job summary

Mortgage Direct, part of the Huspy family, is seeking a Mortgage Trainer - Area Manager based in Valencia or Madrid to scale our empowering network of self-employed Mortgage Advisors focused on non-resident mortgages.

You will source, build, train, and lead professionals across Costa Blanca, Valencia, Catalonia, and the Balearic Islands, aligning banks, advisors and clients to deliver fast, transparent mortgage solutions.

Qualifications

• Industry experience with non-resident/expat mortgages.
• Commercial leadership in attracting and training sales teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a network of independent Mortgage Advisors (self-employed).
• Onboard and train collaborators to achieve high standards in non-resident mortgages.
• Lead, mentor and support professionals to maximize performance and business results.
• Coordinate with the B2B team to align banks, advisor operations and client needs.
