Job summary

Mortgage Direct is expanding in the Canary Islands and seeks independent Mortgage Advisors with a strong financial background. You will assess clients, source mortgage options across banks, and guide clients through the approval process while building partnerships with local agencies and banks.

We value experience in banking/wealth management, English (additional languages a plus), and a proactive, autonomous mindset with customer service excellence. Residency in the service area is preferable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications valued.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, or family office roles.
• English proficiency; additional languages beneficial.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems such as Pipedrive and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial scenarios and identify suitable mortgage solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with banks to secure a wide range of mortgage options.
• Accompany clients through the mortgage application process to maximize approvals.
• Forge partnerships with local real estate agencies and banks.
• Maintain updated reports on sales and performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to offer relevant advice and solutions.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Education
