Huspy in Madrid is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own a territory, identify opportunities, and turn real estate professionals into productive Huspy partners. You will combine commercial instinct with strategic thinking and strong execution to build a scalable pipeline and close meaningful business.

The role emphasizes ownership over the full sales cycle, rigorous discovery, and a data-driven approach to expanding Huspy’s presence in Spain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, B2B2C, marketplaces, proptech, fintech or other high-growth environments.
• You’re a hunter who can generate opportunities from scratch and explain the business you closed.
• You use data and market signals to decide where to focus your efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory like a business: understand your market and opportunities.
• Build your pipeline from scratch: use outbound, networking, referrals and events.
• Manage the full commercial cycle: from meeting to closing and starting a relationship.
• Turn market intelligence into action and optimize your approach based on results.
