Job summary

Huspy, via Mortgage Direct, seeks a Mortgage Trainer - Area Manager based in Valencia or Madrid to drive territorial expansion by building, training, and leading a network of self-employed Mortgage Advisors focused on non-resident mortgages.

You will source independent professionals across Costa Blanca, Valencia, Catalonia, and the Balearic Islands, onboard and train them, mentor daily, and align banks, advisor operations, and clients for seamless mortgage processing.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the non-resident mortgage market in Spain.
• Proven track record attracting and leading sales teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit independent Mortgage Advisors to expand the network.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for collaborators.
• Lead, mentor and develop professionals to maximize performance.
• Coordinate with B2B teams to align banks, advisors, and clients.
