Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Aragón to cover the Aragón region. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and work within our global team, promoting Invisalign and iTero solutions to dental practitioners.

This field-based role rewards a solid base salary plus generous commissions, a company car, and social benefits. You will develop territory plans, build relationships, and drive digital adoption in clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Proactive in identifying areas for growth.
• High integrity and ethical approach.
• Excellent collaboration in high-performance teams.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas.
• Strong relationship management with customers.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Aragón territory to grow business and onboard new accounts.
• Use insights and consultative selling to educate customers about their industry.
• Partner with doctors to modernize and grow their business using digital tech.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on potential per account.
• Create and execute account plans for high-potential accounts.
• Utilize data/analytics to support customer decision making.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote Align solutions.
