Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Aragón, Spain. You will manage a defined sales territory, selling directly to doctors and partnering to modernize practices with digital solutions such as Invisalign and iTero.

You will report to the Area Sales Manager and work with a dynamic global team. A strong consultative selling approach and language skills in Spanish (and English preferred) are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical and business planning skills to own territory activities.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement to help doctors grow their business.
• High integrity in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
• Strong collaboration skills in a high‑performance team.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of doing business.
• Excellent relationship management with customers and colleagues at Align Technology.
• B2B sales experience is essential or strongly preferred.
• Experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic or similar B2B products is a plus.
• Good Spanish communication skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Aragón territory and onboard high-potential accounts.
• Use consultative selling to educate customers about the industry and their clients.
• Partner with doctors to modernize and grow their practices using digital solutions.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on potential in each account.
• Develop and execute account plans for top accounts based on goals and opportunities.
• Leverage data/analytics to drive customer decision making.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions.
