Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Game Support Representative for Bulgaria. You will voice our client's premium gaming titles, delivering world-class support to players across the Middle East and North Africa, from Sofia's thriving gaming scene.

Fluency in Arabic and English, a passion for gaming, and strong communication skills are essential. Relocation to Sofia is provided, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Formación

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Proficiency in English for collaboration within an international team.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social channels.
• Troubleshoot account management, in-game purchases, and connectivity issues for esports titles.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Engage with Arabic-speaking players to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with international game development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all interactions reflect premium service standards in Gaming & Esports.
• Stay updated on new releases and patches to address inquiries proactively.
