You will be the voice of our client’s premier gaming titles, delivering world-class support via live chat, email, and social channels while collaborating with international teams.

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Previous experience in customer support or community management is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management, in-game purchases, and connectivity for major esports titles.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Engage with the Arabic-speaking gaming community to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with international game development teams to report bugs and suggest quality-of-life improvements.
• Ensure interactions reflect premium service standards in Gaming & Esports.
• Stay updated on new releases and patches to proactively address inquiries.
