Intact Insurance Europe invites you to join an Apprenticeship in Madrid, joining the Change and CI improvement team to support transformation programs across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in business transformation within an international insurance setting and work with colleagues across several countries.

You will assist in process optimization, data analysis, and change-management activities while developing your skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Engineering, Data, or similar).
• Strong interest in Change Management, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data work.
• Well-organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Team player with good interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration across countries.
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across different functions.
• Assist in analysis and optimization of processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and internal transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects.
