Capgemini Invent in Barcelona seeks a Finance Transformation professional to drive operating model definition, process optimization, and AI-enhanced finance solutions. You will work with clients across industries to transform planning, budgeting and forecasting, and improve working capital and billing models.

The role demands 3–5 years in finance transformation, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience. A CPA/CFA/CMA/ACCA/PMP is a plus; English fluency is essential for global client engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial controls, and finance principles.
• Experience with finance transformation frameworks (Lean Finance, Six Sigma, Agile) (preferred).
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Experience in banking consulting or financial services.
• Fluency in English (C1 level preferred).

• Optimize end-to-end processes P2P, R2R, O2C using process modelling, automation, and data mining.
• Design global controlling/forecasting concepts and reporting enhancements powered by AI.
• Guide clients through finance modernization and system implementations.

In this role, you will provide assistance in a range of projects focused on operating model definition and transformation, company integrations, as well as the evolution of planning, budgeting, and forecasting models.

This role will also involve optimizing business processes, working capital, and billing operating models. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-industry environment, engaging with a variety of sectors to drive impactful change and enhance operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

• Support our clients in the transformation of their Finance department in the era of AI and the optimization of their activities and processes / operating model
• Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformation
• Develop and implement financial operating models, leveraging technology solutions (e.g., ERP, RPA, AI-driven analytics)
• Evaluate relevance of new technologies (e.g. around AI) and their impact on finance departments
• Optimize E2E processes powered by AI (P2P, R2R, O2C …), leveraging best practices in process modelling/optimization/automation/mining…
• Optimize Controlling & Steering - Conceptualization of management reporting powered by AI and analytics solutions, design of global controlling/forecasting concepts for our clients
• Guide clients through finance modernization, including system implementations, data governance, and financial reporting enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory)
• 3-5 years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related fields
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial controls
• Experience working with finance transformation frameworks (e.g., Lean Finance, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies) (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in banking consulting or financial services
• Fluency in English (preferably C1 level)
