Chubb in Madrid is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Global Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will help provide account management support for global accounts and assist with policy documentation for renewals, new business, and endorsements.

You will work with Underwriting, Credit Control, and other teams to learn how a global insurance business operates while delivering tasks accurately and to a high standard.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with issuing policy documentation in line with service standards.
• Support with queries from underwriters, clients, brokers and Chubb offices.
• Assist with business development and client relationship activities.
• Support Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters with account-related tasks.
• Contribute to projects and improvements within the Global Services team.
• Help ensure Chubb’s service standards are met and, where possible, exceeded.
• Follow Chubb’s ethical and service standards.
