Verisure is seeking a Transformation Office Intern in Madrid to work with HR transformation managers across geographies. You will help design, build, and optimize automation and digital tools, collaborating with stakeholders to standardize engagements globally.

The role requires curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python are valued.

Formación

• Final year student or recent university graduate in Engineering, Science, Computing.
• Desirable experience in Strategy Consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-country and cross-function projects to deliver global HR support.
• Analyse project impact and maintain a 360-degree perspective across teams.
• Develop solutions, actions and roadmaps to accelerate transformation and mitigate risks.
• Design and implement process automations and digital tools to streamline workflows.
