Gracia101 is seeking a Q2C PMO & Change Management Senior Manager in Barcelona to drive a major Quote-to-Cash transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration. You will join across multiple Business Units and regions, coordinating IT, Finance, Data and Commercial stakeholders throughout the programme.

You will lead PMO governance, transformation and change management, manage milestones, risks and actions, and oversee adoption through communication, training readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in Transformation PMO, Change Management or ERP implementations.
• Experience across Q2C / O2C, with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Barcelona Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

At Gracia101, we are currently looking for a Q2C PMO & Change Management Senior Manager to join to our team.

The role will be part of a major Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration, working across multiple Business Units and regions.

We are looking for a senior professional who can combine PMO governance, transformation management and change management, coordinating Business, IT, Finance, Data and Commercial stakeholders throughout the programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the integrated Q2C transformation plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partners across regions and Business Units.
• Lead PMO governance, reporting and status updates.
• Support Q2C process harmonisation and SAP S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard decisions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and adoption planning.
• Coordinate communication, training readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.
• Track risks, issues, benefits and overall programme progress.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Transformation PMO, Change Management or ERP implementations.
• Experience in Q2C / O2C, ideally within Customer Service, Commercial, Finance or Supply Chain environments.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong experience managing international and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Prosci methodologies.
• Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
