Nordex SE in Madrid is seeking a Program Manager AI Transformation to lead the AI-driven transformation of Global Engineering, turning AI insights into tangible product development impact across Mechanical, Blade, Electrical, and Control & SCADA engineering units.

You will drive end-to-end AI initiatives from concept to pilot and full-scale deployment, align IT and external partners, and build the capabilities needed for a data-driven engineering organization committed to measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in Engineering/R&D environments.
• Experience in large global industrial organizations; wind energy or heavy manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Engineering AI Transformation across engineering centers and cross-functional units.
• Drive execution: deliver AI initiatives from concept to full-scale deployment into workflows.
• Accelerate adoption: align senior stakeholders and manage change across sites.
• Build capabilities: define required skills, capabilities, and roles for AI-enabled operations.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
