Abacum in Barcelona is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Lead to architect a structured AI baseline across every function and define org-wide guidelines for AI adoption. You’ll drive AI-enabled workflows that save time and improve decision-making, and you’ll partner with Finance, Strategy, and Ops to scale capabilities.

You’ll run tandem training, build practical AI solutions, and measure adoption with a cross-functional Champions network, delivering real impact across the company.

Formación

• 4–6 years of professional experience owning a project end-to-end in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Strong presenter and communicator capable of persuading diverse stakeholders in-person or via digital channels.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools: LLM APIs, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Hands-on scripting or small-scale integration work with Python/SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Own the baseline and foundation for AI adoption across functions.
• Design and run AI training programs and tandem sessions for teams.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations to solve real operational problems.
• Lead rollout enablement and champion a cross-functional network of AI champions.
