DCR AI Operations team runs four interconnected workstreams — Transformation & Change, Value Realization, Solution Design, and AI Delivery — across a multi-phase delivery roadmap stretching from H2 2026 through 2027 and beyond. Coordinating this complexity, maintaining a coherent view of programme health, and ensuring decisions, risks, and milestones are managed with rigour requires dedicated, structured programme management support embedded within the Transformation stream from day one.
As the programme accelerates through Foundation Setup, Pilot Execution, and Phase 3 Deployment Readiness, the volume of activities and interdependencies will grow significantly. The PMO builds and maintains the programme's operational infrastructure — planning tools, reporting frameworks, governance rhythms, and documentation standards — that allow the programme to scale without losing coherence or control. The role acts as the connective tissue between workstreams, governance bodies, and senior stakeholders, translating programme complexity into clarity.
The PMO is responsible for the operational infrastructure, reporting rigour, operating model and governance discipline that underpin effective execution of the programme as well as healthy portfolio management, delivery & operations
