Schneider Electric, via Schneider Digital, is seeking an experienced Programme/Project Manager to lead a global transformation initiative focused on AI, automation, and digital delivery. The role operates within a 24/7, multi-hub structure and requires coordinating across business units, IT, and external partners to deliver a strategic roadmap.

You will oversee governance, KPI development, and multi-workstream orchestration, guiding the organisation through Phase 2 planning and Phase 3 scale.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in programme/project management, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong governance, KPI definition, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up end-to-end programme operating model and governance, define roles, decision rights, and KPIs.
• Coordinate AI use case portfolio, align stakeholders, and manage interdependencies across workstreams to enable delivery.
• Drive programme delivery, oversee pilots and deployment readiness, and facilitate staffing for priority roles.
