TP Spain seeks a Sales Trainer in Barcelona to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill development for new hires and experienced reps, empowering the sales team under a dynamic AI-focused program.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, stay current on industry trends, and drive measurable improvements in product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and company best practices across the EMEA hub.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.
• English level: C1; German, Italian, Spanish, or French a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs in software/SaaS/IT services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new sales team members, covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and best practices.
• Assess training needs and create tailored learning plans; provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and metrics; align with managers.
• Act as SME on products/services and stay current on trends and methodologies to enhance content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and share best practices.
