Shakers in Madrid is hiring a Junior AI Sales Developer to kick off your sales career. You’ll prospect, qualify, spark interest and book meetings that feed our pipeline for Account Executives. You’ll use AI to research accounts, engage decision-makers, and convert cold prospects into opportunities.

Formación

• 2–3 years of sales experience in SDR/BD roles in tech consultancy or startup/scaleup.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Ambitious and eager to grow quickly in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline from scratch by prospecting decision-makers on LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Qualify and spark interest by understanding pains and presenting value propositions.
• Book meetings that convert for Account Executives.
• Report activity weekly and extract insights to improve outreach.
• Grow towards an Account Executive role.
