Job summary

Mondia seeks a proven Head of Operations to translate strategy into delivered outcomes across the group. Reporting to the COO, you will own the Group PMO, drive strategic initiatives and an AI-first operations agenda to improve productivity and cost performance.

You will lead four mandates: operations cadence, portfolio management, operational excellence and AI-enabled scalability, partnering with executives to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in operations, PMO, transformation or strategy-execution roles.
• At least 5 years leading a PMO, business operations or operational excellence function.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgets and benefits realisation.
• Hands-on with AI to scale operations and improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the group operating rhythm (monthly/quarterly reviews and annual planning).
• Oversee delivery performance across units, ensuring scope, time, quality and cost targets.
• Establish governance, service standards and escalation paths; intervene when at risk.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Commercial, Product, Technology, Content and Finance.
• Lead group-wide capacity and recruitment planning aligned to priorities.
• Lead and develop the Group PMO, establishing frameworks and reporting.
