Joveo is seeking an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives to work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles.
• Interest in AI, technology, and the future of work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build and operationalize frameworks translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution to move priorities from idea to outcome.
• Expose yourself to AI innovation, global markets, and executive decision-making.
