Joveo, a leading AI-driven recruitment platform, seeks an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives. You’ll partner with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office to drive high-impact programs across the company.

In this role you’ll translate strategic ideas into concrete programs, own cross-functional initiatives, and enable data-driven decision making. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape the organization’s future and growth trajectory.

Formación

• 2+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bias for action with ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic extension of the CXO across functions and regions.
• Identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead analyses into performance, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build frameworks translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Own cross-functional initiatives with alignment and speed of execution.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on high-impact priorities.
• Support data-driven decision-making with insights.
