Job summary

Mondia Group seeks a Head of Operations to translate strategy into delivered outcomes across the group. Reporting to the COO, the role owns the Group PMO, leads strategic initiatives and drives an AI-first program to improve productivity and cost performance.

You will govern delivery, align headcount and capacity, translate OKRs into roadmaps, and ensure benefits realisation. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in operations and strong AI-enabled leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in operations, PMO, transformation or strategy-execution roles.
• At least 5 years leading a PMO, business operations or operational excellence function.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives in an international setting.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the group operating rhythm with reviews and annual planning cycles.
• Oversee delivery performance across business units and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Lead the Group PMO and portfolio management, including governance artefacts and benefits tracking.
• Translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap and manage benefits realisation.
• Define and lead an AI-first operating model across processes and functions.
• Design and monitor productivity and efficiency KPIs for the group.
