Propelling Tech in Madrid is seeking a Data Manager to lead strategic initiatives for top global clients. You will manage corporate accounts, act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, and steer multidisciplinary data squads in a cloud-native environment powered by AI tools.

As a senior leader, you will upskill teams, drive operational excellence, coordinate multiple workstreams, and shape data solutions aligned with client objectives while expanding key accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects using modern cloud technologies.
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts with growth and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and data value chain.
• Experience coaching and developing team members for continuous upskilling.
• Experience integrating generative AI to boost productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading large teams (>10 people) and aligning technical and business standards.
• Proficient communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.
• Coordinate, manage, and align multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery against milestones.
• Lead and develop diverse teams, creating learning and career development plans.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven methods to improve productivity and performance across squads.
• Understand client needs and propose Propelling Tech solutions to support growth.
• Prioritize, evaluate, and shape new business opportunities aligned with client objectives and firm strategy.
• Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders as trusted advisor and thought leader.
