ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across our product development teams in multiple regions. You will embed AI into development processes, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

This hands-on role combines advocacy, prototyping, automation, and playbook creation to demonstrate tangible value while aligning AI initiatives with governance and business goals.

Formación

• Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real workflows; prototyping or scripting helpful.
• Experience in project management within cross-functional/global environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, test, and scale AI solutions that improve product development.
• Design and implement AI-powered tools, prototypes, and automations.
• Drive AI adoption by creating guidelines and playbooks for responsible use.
• Act as liaison between R&D, CTO, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure governance and monitoring of AI initiatives with business value.
