McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior strategist to lead the Use AI Agenda across our practice portfolio. You will translate strategy into a concrete rollout plan, identify capabilities, and define measurable ROI through OKRs and ongoing adoption metrics.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, deliver playbooks, learning assets, and live sessions, and guide teams through multi-region rollouts, ensuring scalable impact across the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years leading learning, change, or tech enablement programs.
• Experience with AI adoption and workflow reinvention.
• Ability to translate user needs into playbooks and assets.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Use AI agenda across the practice portfolio.
• Define strategy, rollout plan, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify capabilities, roadmap, and OKRs with leadership.
• Create role-based playbooks, prompt packs, and learning assets.
• Facilitate sessions, live labs, and office hours across practices.
• Monitor adoption and adjust plans with field feedback.
