Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior Architect with strong AI expertise to shape AI capabilities, governance, and scalable architectures across the enterprise. This is an architecture and enablement role, not delivery, involving strategic direction and hands-on PoCs, ADRs, and reusable blueprints for delivery teams.

You will work in the global EA team, collaborating with CTO domain architects and the AI factory programme to ensure architectural soundness, regulatory compliance, and scalable AI

Formación

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML system design and agentic AI patterns.
• Ability to read, write and review code (Python) and build PoCs without a dedicated team.
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns and data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, streaming).
• Experience shaping AI architecture, governance, ADRs, and reference architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Research, assess, and prototype AI-powered productivity tools and workflows; build the business case and adoption guidance.
• Define the AI Development Lifecycle strategy, championing spec-driven development where specs precede implementation.
• Design the citizen development model and reference architectures for agentic systems with security and governance alignment.
• Run PoCs to validate architectural hypotheses and translate learnings into reusable blueprints and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with R&D and AI factory teams to ensure architecturally grounded innovation with clear adoption paths.
