LeoVegas Group is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across our development teams in a hybrid work setting. You will embed with engineering and product teams to identify workflows ripe for automation, then build AI‑powered solutions and share wins at scale.

You will prototype prompt workflows, lightweight agents, and integrations, partnering with AI Architects to productionize high‑value work. Exceptional collaboration and pragmatic problem solving are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling.
• Bias for action: turn vague pain points into working solutions.
• Ability to work with many teams and align adoption.
• Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle tools and processes.
• Capable of managing a portfolio of work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-impact AI use cases with engineering and product teams.
• Prototype and deliver prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations.
• Create reusable templates and playbooks to scale AI wins across teams.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling and measure outcomes like time saved and throughput.
• Provide feedback to AI platform teams to evolve tooling to actual needs.
