Neurons Lab seeks an Engineering Enablement Lead to drive the group’s AI adoption program across eight engineering organizations. The role is new and focuses on engineering enablement, distinct from the AI Education/Engagement Manager who handles business teams.

The candidate will cascade CTO visions into team discipline, propagate successful practices across companies, and maintain a rhythm of bi-weekly validation calls and monthly cross-company demos.

Formación

• Hands-on ability to work with agentic coding stacks and real repos.
• Experience in leading engineering enablement or platform teams.
• Fluent English; strong collaboration with senior engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Take the cascade load off the CTO by translating vision into team-level rules and onboarding next circles of engineers.
• Run the diffusion loop between companies: identify effective practices and package for transfer.
• Manage rhythm with bi-weekly validation calls, monthly cross-company demos, and per-company status boards.
• Teach teams to define objective, numeric success criteria for agentic work.
• Respect company protocols and coordinate with CTOs as the primary contacts.
