ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across our product development org. You will embed AI into development processes, working closely with global R&D teams to create smarter, faster workflows and prototypes.

This hands-on role combines AI advocacy, enablement, and solution development, with responsibility for ensuring governance and practical guidelines across a complex global matrix.

Formación

• Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real-world workflows.
• Experience in prototyping, automation, or scripting.
• Proven background in project management and cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate AI adoption across product development with global R&D teams.
• Design and implement AI-powered tools, prototypes, and automations.
• Create practical guidelines and playbooks for responsible AI use.
• Coordinate between R&D, CTO, business stakeholders and vendors to drive AI initiatives.
