LeoVegas Group is seeking a hands-on AI Enablement Engineer to drive AI adoption across our development organization. You will embed with engineering and product teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, then build and ship automated solutions that deliver measurable wins.

Expect collaboration with AI Efficiency Architects and Evangelists to translate strategy into concrete deliverables, mentoring senior engineers and spreading scalable AI enablement across the company.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on AI experience: moving AI from prototype to real-world tool.
• Strong problem-solving: turn vague problems into working solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.
• SDLC/DevOps familiarity: GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD, source control.
• Self-direction: manage multiple teams and deliver with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Use Case Discovery: map workflows with engineering/product teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: design and implement prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations.
• Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates and patterns to spread AI wins across teams.
• Adoption & Measurement: drive adoption and tie outcomes to time saved, throughput, and speed.
• Feedback to the Platform: report recurring needs to AI Architects to evolve tooling.
• Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor engineers on AI best practices and roadmaps.
