Chubb Ltd. is seeking an Underwriting Operations Technician (Digital) who will oversee AI-assisted processing for the Iberian SME portfolio across Financial Lines, Casualty, Cyber, and Marine from Madrid.

This temporary 12-month FTC role involves human-in-the-loop governance of digital workflows and ensuring automated decisions meet quality standards. The candidate will triage AI-exception cases, validate AI outputs, and maintain audit trails while collaborating with technology and operations

Competenze

Business-level English and Italian; additional European languages are an advantage.
Experience in an insurance/financial services operations role is preferred.
Comfort around AI-augmented environments and ability to question outputs.

Mansioni

Monitor AI-assisted processing queues and triage exceptions within SLAs.
Review and validate AI-extracted data against source documents for accuracy.
Document rationale for edge cases to maintain audit trails.
Identify patterns indicating model drift and report to leadership.
Produce compliance reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
Manage broker digital experience and support partner queries within SLA.
