Chubb Ltd. in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Underwriting Operations Technician – Digital (French & English Speaking). You will oversee AI-assisted submissions, validate outputs, and manage exception handling to ensure policy quality.

The role blends insurance operations with automation and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and IT teams to refine STP rules, maintain governance, and deliver accurate documentation within SLAs.

Competenze

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Experience in an insurance or financial services operations environment.
• Comfort working in AI-augmented workflows and questioning automated outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Familiarity with P&C lines of business preferred; enthusiasm to deepen knowledge.

Mansioni

• Review AI-extracted submission data against source broker documents to validate accuracy.
• Process submissions for complex or non-standard cases requiring human interpretation.
• Prepare and quality-check policy documentation within SLAs.
• Provide support for management of the P&C portfolio and extend to other lines as needed.
• Triage exception queues, assess and resolve flagged submissions with clear reasoning.
