Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and English.
• Experience in an insurance or financial services operations environment.
• Comfort working in AI-augmented workflows with ability to challenge outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Familiarity with P&C lines of business is preferred; enthusiasm to deepen knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-extracted submission data against broker documents.
• Create and process submissions for complex cases requiring human interpretation.
• Prepare and quality-check policy documentation within SLAs.
• Provide support for management of the P&C portfolio.
• Triage exception queues and resolve submissions flagged by automation.
• Document reasoning for AI confidence thresholds to support audits.
• Maintain Contract Certainty for retained and outsourced bookings.
• Submit corrections to AI workflows to improve models.
• Monitor exception patterns and surface anomalies.
• Collaborate with tech teams to refine STP rules.
• Participate in testing AI workflow changes before production.
