Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems Engineer to own Microsoft Entra ID and Azure platform administration, shaping IAM across the organization and serving as Product Owner for Entra ID. You will define permission models across departments and roles for scalable access management.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the role is hybrid in Barcelona with 80% on-site and 20% remote. You will collaborate with security teams to implement PIM and Foundry deployments.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• IAM knowledge: understanding of permission structures and how to organize a company by departments, groups, and roles.
• Experience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure services, specifically Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Identity management knowledge focused specifically on Azure and Entra ID.
• Terraform experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Entra ID Administration: Manage users, groups, and organizational structure within Microsoft Entra ID, acting as the Product Owner of this area.
• IAM & Access Governance: Apply IAM knowledge to define what permissions each person needs and structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles.
• Privileged Access Management: Configure and manage PIM to grant temporary elevated privileges for accessing Azure resources.
• Azure Foundry Deployment: Manage the deployment (when needed) of Azure Foundry, where BI and AI models are deployed, interviewing stakeholders to determine which AI model is needed, expected token consumption, and configuring the model and rules for each profile.
