Factorial is seeking a Design System Architect to own and evolve our company-wide design system, turning it into a scalable product infrastructure that accelerates quality and consistency across teams. You’ll shape rails for AI-powered design, enabling seamless Figma-to-code workflows and tooling that plug into modern AI development practices.

Formación

• Deep experience with React, TS, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Figma, tokens, and component libraries.
• Experience translating concepts into production-grade design systems.
• Product sense to design complete experiences, not just components.
• Builder mindset with fast, clean shipping habits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the company-wide design system across the organization.
• Define architecture, tooling, governance, and implementation plans for AI-enabled design systems.
• Design and implement AI skills and workflows connecting Figma to code and AI-driven processes.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks and partner with design, frontend, and product teams for pixel-perfect execution.
• Mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to Design/AI engineering best practices.
