Factorial is seeking a Senior Director of Product Design in Barcelona to lead the IT space and strategize to grow product revenue from 0 to €5M by 2026. You will build and manage a team of high-caliber designers and control a budget of €3–4M.

The role requires extensive experience in digital product design and a strong understanding of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will champion design as a value stream and foster both creativity and accountability within the team.

Formación

• 10+ years building digital products, 3+ leading teams, achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient in using business data to guide decisions alongside user needs.
• Experience developing and leading design teams, adept at making difficult decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IT space and define product strategy to take it from 0 to €5M by 2026.
• Build and lead a team of 4 to 7 high-caliber product designers.
• Manage a budget of €3–4M.
