Factorial HR is seeking a Design System Architect who can scale a company‑wide design system into a robust product infrastructure. You’ll own the architecture, embed AI-powered workflows, and connect design with code to accelerate velocity and consistency across teams.

You’ll collaborate with design, frontend, and product to ensure accessible, pixel‑perfect implementations while mentoring peers and shaping Factorial’s AI engineering best practices.

Formación

• Experience building AI-powered design systems.
• Proven impact with shipped projects.
• Product-first thinking with end-to-end experiences.
• Ability to move fast and adapt.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, agents, or AI protocols.
• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals across frontend ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of Figma, tokens, and component libraries.
• Experience turning early concepts into production-grade systems.
• Product sense and builder mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the design system across the company.
• Define the technical architecture, tooling, governance, and implementation plan; re‑think how design systems operate in an AI‑native product development flow.
• Design and implement AI skills, building tools and plugins that connect Figma to code to AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals); partner with design, frontend, and product to ensure pixel‑perfect execution at scale and drive best practices around accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
• Stay close to customers through calls, reviews, and feedback sessions to deeply understand real workflows, pain points, and constraints.
• Share knowledge and raise the bar: mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to Factorial’s AI engineering best practices.
