HP is seeking an AI Creative, Content & GEO Specialist to lead AI-enabled content creation, GEO optimization, and innovative marketing workflows from Spain. You will scale AI-driven content and establish governance with cross-functional teams.

Key focus includes prompt engineering, evaluating AI tools, and driving efficiency while increasing visibility across traditional and AI-powered discovery platforms. Strong collaboration and project leadership are essential to succeed.

Formación

• 5+ years in content or digital marketing
• Experience using generative AI for content development
• Strong SEO and GEO knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the organization
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools for content creation
• Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GEO presence
• Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content
• Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation
• Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, translating insights into scalable marketing programs
