Job summary

Workfully in Barcelona is seeking an AI Native Content Specialist with strong campaign performance know-how. You will report to the Marketing Director from the Barcelona head office, shaping social strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for an ambitious global tech business founded in Spain.

You will own end-to-end content creation—from ideation to AI-driven production, shooting, editing, and copy.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience in start-up environments.
• Must-have experience with AI-generated photo-realistic video content.
• Must-have experience optimizing campaign performance metrics.
• Nice-to-have: Senior or Lead SME experience.
• Experience with Seedance AI tools and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Social strategy end-to-end across core channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Create brand and sales visual assets.
• Develop viral-ready content with platform-native voice.
• Lead AI video production using current tools and workflows.
• Hands-on shooting and editing of short-form video.
• Write hooks, captions, and copy aligned to B2B voice.
• Drive out-of-the-box formats and distinctive voice on platforms.
• Read analytics and steer creative direction by data.
• Own organic growth and repeatable content systems.
