Description -

AI Creative, Content & GEO Specialist

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge in AI-enabled content creation, creative operations, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to solve complex marketing challenges. Leads the adoption of AI tools, prompt engineering methodologies, and agentic workflows to scale content creation, improve efficiency, and increase GSB visibility across traditional and AI-powered discovery platforms. Works independently on complex initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration and exercises judgment in defining processes, best practices, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization.

• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development.

• Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GSB's GEO presence and discoverability.

• Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content that supports key business priorities.

• Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation.

• Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation.

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content trends, and GEO practices, translating insights into scalable marketing programs.

Education and Experience Required

• BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or related areas.

• Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of content marketing, digital publishing, and audience engagement.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-powered content creation.
• Understanding of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable content and creative solutions.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and marketing processes across teams.

Success Metrics

• Reduce content and marketing asset production costs by approximately 70%.

• Improve content time-to-market through AI-enabled workflows.

• Increase GEO coverage, visibility, and sentiment across priority products and segments.

• Drive measurable growth in AI-discovered traffic, engagement, and demand generation
