Job summary

Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to design learning journeys and drive responsible use of GenAI across teams. You will translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance and deliver hands-on trainings.

You will collaborate with GenAI engineers and product teams, build adoption KPIs, and grow an AI champions network while ensuring inclusive, compliant learning programs across Axpo locations.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience using AI tools and responsible use.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• 2-4 years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, or change management.
• Experience designing enablement activities from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Strong facilitation and content creation skills across formats (e-learning, video, visuals, written guidance).
• Working knowledge of change/adoption approaches and usage analytics; comfortable with M365, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design learning programs assessing AI literacy needs and build curricula for foundational to advanced use.
• Plan change and communication strategies embedding AI into daily work.
• Deliver hands-on trainings and adoption sessions across Axpo locations.
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers, product owners, and data/platform teams to turn tools into enablement guidance.
• Grow an AI champions network and organize community events.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, report impact, and ensure compliant AI use.
