Ayvens is seeking an Experienced AI Adoption Lead in Madrid to accelerate AI adoption across the company. You will drive training, enablement and change while ensuring governance and compliance, acting as the bridge between business and technology and managing AI demand from idea to value realization.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with a strong background in IT/CS/Data Science and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Engineering/Math/Stats or related field.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Experience leading AI adoption, governance and change programs.
• Ability to bridge business and technology with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI for All initiatives, including governance, training and scaling adoption across Ayvens.
• Coordinate AI demand pipeline, business cases and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with Ayvens governance and risk frameworks.
• Communicate progress and drive change across countries and functions.
